Join Sacred Mountain Guiding on an exposed Grade 1 scramble of the lesser known Crib Lem Spur (also known as the Llech Ddu Spur) in the remote Carneddau mountain range... The scramble will take us up to our first summit of the day, Carnedd Dafydd (1044m) before we head onto our second and third summits of the day - Carnedd Llewelyn (1064m) and Yr Elen (962m)!!! Join us for this truly mega, once in a lifetime mountain day!


The hike is 9.76 miles long with 1152 metres of ascent.


This is a long and sustained mountain day with exposed Grade 1 scrambling, prior hillwalking experience is required.


🎒Kit List


Waterproof jacket & trousers

Backpack with waterproof liner or cover

Hiking trousers

Hiking boots or shoes

Gloves and warm hat

Sun cream, sun hat & sunglasses

Midlayer fleece or jacket

Insulated jacket either down or synthetic

Packed lunch, snacks and plenty of water for the day



🚅Getting there


The exact meeting point will be provided with your booking confirmation.


Public transport runs to Bethesda near the start of the hike and there are plenty of campsites, B&Bs and hotels in the area too! Let us know if you need any recommendations! We can assist with pick up from local accommodation for those using public transport.


Travel to and from the event and accommodation are not included.
