Our Community Hikes are not only designed as an introduction to Sacred Mountain Guiding but also to bring together likeminded outdoorsy folk to form long lasting friendships & connections through this sacred community🤝✨Together we will meet and walk regularly throughout the year 🥾

☀️COMMUNITY HIKE #2 ~ WUTHERING HEIGHTS☀️

Join us for Community Hike #2! Together we will follow in the footsteps of the Bronte sisters on this classic Wuthering Heights walk! Our walk will begin in the charming village of Haworth which was home to the Bronte sisters when they were growing up in the 1800s...

Our journey will then take us up onto the famous moors above Haworth to visit the Bronte Bridge & Bronte Waterfalls which were said to be a favourite spots of the sisters and much of their inspiration for their writing was taken from these landscapes...

We will then journey further up onto the moors where we will visit the ruins of Top Withens which was said to be the inspiration for the Earnshaw family home in Wutherings Heights... Before eventually returning back to Haworth, take some time to look around the village before you leave - it is magical!

Waterproof jacket & trousers

Backpack with waterproof liner or cover

Hiking trousers

Hiking boots or shoes

Gloves and warm hat

Sun cream, sun hat & sunglasses

Midlayer fleece or jacket

Insulated jacket either down or synthetic

Packed lunch, snacks, water, flask of hot drink

🚅Getting there

The exact meeting point will be provided with your booking confirmation. Haworth is accessible by public transport.

Travel to and from the event and accommodation are not included.
