Ramblers & wanderers, here ye! 🔔 Come, this Samhain, join Sacred Mountain Guiding on a guided walk to the summit of Pendle Hill, Pendle Hill is widely regarding as being the most haunted place in all of these lands...Famous for the tragic 1612 witch trails where 10 witches were killed by hanging... Much paranormal activity has been recorded here over the years, walkers have often reported sudden, overwhelming feelings of anger, dread, panic, or of being watched, particularly in the wooded area on the lower slopes of Pendle Hill.. Sightings have been reported of Alizon Device (one of the accused witches) wandering the hills, in addition to UFO sightings...

This Community Walk is suitable to all! Our route is approximately 6.5 miles in total, there is a steep pull up Pendle Hill but we will take leisurely and relaxed pace throughout the day.

Fancy dress is optional 👻however, please ensure that any fancy dress can be worn with the appropriate outdoor gear so think face paint, hats etc :)

Getting there 🚅

The exact meeting point will be provided with your booking confirmation. We will meet in the village of Barley, in terms of pubic transport, this can be accessed by trail to Nelson or Clitheroe and then a local bus. There is plenty of accommodation in the area, such as pubs, hotels and camping pods, please let me know if you need any recommendations.

Travel to and from the event and accommodation are not included.
